Work Experience: 1969 to 1979 worked as a carpenter, cabinet contractor, general construction assistant · 1979 to 2001 served in the United States Army o Planned, detailed, supervised and resourced personnel and devices for operations and training 30 workers, 24 months 100 personnel, 80 months 1000 personnel for 22 months o Directed, resourced and supervised police operations for a military post with a daily population of 90,000, covering over 1.1 million acres, 16 months.

Work Experience: July 2001, licensed as a Professional Inspector by the Texas Real Estate Commission o 2001 to present, carried out over 6,000 commercial and domestic assessments Provided expert opinions and reports relating to buildings’ structure stability, performance, HVAC systems, Electrical Systems, Plumbing Systems, and associated safety concerns– July 2002 to present, provided over 16 hours training for professional home inspectors and realtors– Jan 2013 to present, casual president of the El Paso area chapter of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors– Rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.
